Mulyadi M. Djer, MD, is a Professor in Pediatric Cardiology at the Department of Child Health, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia/Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia. He obtained his primary medical qualification from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia in 1989. After finishing his paediatric training in the same institution, he did a fellowship training in Interventional Pediatric Cardiology at Institut Jantung Negara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2002. He has attended numerous international meetings worldwide as an invited speaker. He has published many research papers, particularly in the field of paediatric cardiology intervention, in national was well as international journals. He currently also serves as the Principal Leader of Research Task Force and Paediatric Cardiology Coordinating Working Group of the Indonesian Pediatric Society.
